If you wanna get rid of the bugs in 3.0 then use 2.3.2

But as far as i know 2.3.2 has no XP loose problems with MySQL

Are you using the correct version for your mod?
There are 2 versions...
1 for 2.3.2 and 1 for the actually 3.0 RC6

You dont need to compile these things AFAIK, just put them in the Scripting folder.
