as i've said i really don't know,my friend told me that is steam....but this errors can't be fixed to work with nonsteam?or i have tu use steam?

hy,i have a steam server running on ubuntu 8.04.1 amd64 with respawn and i have a problem with it.from time to time the server blocks if i can say so.it should start alone but it doesn't.i see in the console the errors from the plugin and i am wondering how i can fix this or maybe the plugin will be...
