I'm absolutely sure you are compiling for DoD, if you were compiling for CS you would never see those warnings.

They are harmless, the plugin will run without a problem (well, in your case it won't if you try to run that plugin in CS...).

Try it out, reports are contradictory, some say they got it running under CS:CZ some say no.

It should run, since there is no real difference from plain CS, from AMX Mod X point of view.

Please report back your experience.

Yes, there is a confirmed problem with Vault saving and a map change under AMX Mod X 1.5.

Kleinen: You want it to save XP? That is easy grab the stock war3FT.cfg and change mp_savexp and FT_saveby . This will save in a Vault, though this method is reported to been failing for some people since AMX Mod X 1.5. If you want to try other methods of saving (like SQLite or MySQL ) I can't help ...
