There is another problem if u ban by IP.

German users get dynamic IPs, wich changes every time they connect to the internet.
If u ban a german user, maybe the next one will become his IP and can't get into the forum i think.

if u get the laggs because of one player has high pings u can get a plugin for amxx on the amxmodx page. its called HPK or high ping kicker. u can set it to 150 ms and 3 checks for example the plugin will check the ping of every player. if its 3 times in a row more than 150 ms it will kick the playe...

or check if it appears when a special amount of players are online

I think he soultion for the helmet in 3.0 is an great idea.

U randomly get a count of bullets ur helmet can block.
After it runs out u need to buy a new one.

is it possible to make humans more visible if they camp for a specified time?
e.g. 10 secs camping = half visible

or if they camp for 10 secs they will be more and more visible
just like a campmeter specally for humans
