not sure why this is posted at "bugs". secondly, it is well known that v3 is in BETA state and does not work with some plugins. so either you keep 2.3.2, which is the best option for the moment, or u use RC3

friendly suggestion: use zbot

as i said, if you set bots_buy_item 0, 1 out of 10 still buys an item.. my guess is you should make a function or something that makes the bot buy an item, and when it is 0, the plugin skips the function. when <> 0 it buys... don't know how to say this... uses the function with the chance
