item already in use..

Hi,
i got the problem, that, if u buy an item like amulet of cat or anything else and u die, u can't buy the item again.
It says "item already in use".
Next problem is saving the xp - i use sql-database to save xp - it works, but if i want to change, so that players can syve their xp by typing "savexp", console says "xp is saved automatically"...i tried view things in the config, but their seems nothing to help.
