No One Can Search For The Server Or Connect!
Well when I make my server no one can find it or connect... When I try using a dedicated server the mod is gone and there is massive lag... What do I do?

You cannot run a dedicated server from your PC and play at the same time. You're forcing your PC to run the game twice. If you want to run a server, you need to buy one.
What you're doing is called a LAN server. By default these are not available to people on the internet.
