Warcraft 3 MODs

Hello we have a big problem, after our server removal to another provider some user lost their Xp. Not all, we have the same value.ini like bevor, but some users do not have their xp anymore.
although the xp are registered in value.ini
is there perhaps a comand to reload the value.ini or something else?
plz help us its important

What is the size of the vault.ini file?

i dont know exaktly, and i camt watch now, but i think it was sonthink about 1,93mb

Hrms. VAULT.ini should be reloaded every map. Its stored by STEAMID so there shouldn't be an issue.

Occasionally though, STEAM has issues. Try having some of the users experiencing issues to log out of STEAM and log back in. This will give them a fresh "steam ticket" and might fix it.
