I get excited, then disappointed, everytime I see a thread in the WC3 XP forums. Is reading such a lacking skill?

Maybe a little reorganization is needed of the sections?

When we switch to the new PHPBB the forums will have FOUR options - then each user can click-through to the appropriate mod, i'm hoping this will fix some of the problems
