Warcraft 3 MODs

Hey, I have the latest AMXX installed on my dedicated server and it works, but I can't get it to load WC3 mod. I downloaded it, exstracted it, removed the ; signs in the modules.ini file as it said in the guide, added warcraft3.amxx to the end of the plugins.ini file, set the config file as I wanted it, but only AMXX is loaded on the server, no WC3 :\ what have I forgotten?
