Config of wc3ft.cfg

is it possible to edit a line in the wc3ft.cfg file where you can change the impact of the Impale ability as in previous wc3 mods,also can you put a line where you can say how long the duration of the Entangle Ultimate is, I'm playing with bots and modified the Periapt of Health to have 99999 hp,and give them to 1 enemy bot and to 5 of my teammates(and me) and we go all out for 5 minutes killing 1 bot,but when I entangle him it doesnt last for less than 3 seconds,anyway to change that?
