I've searched and read the two threads that I thought pertained to me and I verfied that I have the spr files in the right location, but here is what I'm getting when launching the game.

FATAL ERROR (shutting down): Mod_NumForName: sprites/warcraft3/i_undead.spr not found
Add "-debug" to the ./hlds_run command line to generate a debug.log to help with solving this problem

This might be over kill, but I want to let you know incase I might be missing something.
I'm running dedicated Linux with the following,
MySQL 4.0.25-standard
HLDS v1.1.20
Metamod v1.18
AMXBANs 4.2
AMXMOD x 1.60
warcraft3_2.6.3_sql.zip

I FTP'd all spr's to my /cstrike/sprites/ folder
and my sounds to /cstrike/sound/

you maybe right when you say, the information is in the document or it's on the forum, but I'm currently at a lost and unable to find it.

is it in the warcraft3 directory within /cstrike/sprites ?

Yeah, they have to be in cstrike/sprites/warcraft3/

Thanks, as soon as you mentioned warcraft3 folder, I popped myself in the head. It was getting late last night and I must have skimmed over the phrase "Copy the WARCRAFT3 FOLDER"
