sounds dont waork for my war3 frozen throne mod

none of the ultimate and other sounds specifically for war3 are not working the counsel says it cant open them y? im pretty sure im using the frozen version of war3 plz help

oh, wait...I know why. You didn't give us any setup info. We aren't mind readers, come on now. If you dont take the time to figure it out, how can you expect us to.
