well, it has happened to me too so what i did should help you too!!! First look at the consol, if there is a error something like "can't open sql " in the very begining, what you have to do is go to addons/amxmodx/data/sqlite3/ and there there has to be a "war3ft.sql" fille and move it to another die. practicly you have to del it but if this does not work how will you recover it (this is where the XP is saved)
if there is onother problem try re-instaling the mode
