it is possible you have delete "<?" in the first line of your config.php ? If yes, then insert this again and it works
Sorry for my bad english, onlinetranslations are not so good yet

Either your DirectoryIndex is screwed up and/or your php files are being told to display as html/text and/or your config.php is missing the opening <?php part
