How are you saving your XP? And if you reset the xp, the skill levels will reset as well

Stop the server
Delete data/sqlite/war3ft.sq3 (This will remove everything, skills and xp, create a copy if you wish to back it up)
Start server

Set the admin flag to some flag that nobody has
