Question about savexp!

My server is now working on the ip save method. Why because some are steam users and some are non-steam users, but some of these users have problems because they don't have a fixed ip and their xp resets every time. My question is, is it possible to save xp on a nick while saving xp on an ip but you would need a specific flag in order that to work?
