I geterror:Plugin"warcraft3.amxx"failed toload mod

Hey can you help me with that? and i have no clue which version to download + when i read the install or readme.txt it says Copy the .so files you need to cstrike\addons\amx\dlls But there is none 
anyways please like spell it out for me thANKS

and when i start server i get
