What operating system (if linux what distribution?) is it running?
Post your plugins.ini (as an attachment please)
Post your modules.ini (as an attachment please)
Post your war3ft.cfg (as an attachment please)

Can you give me SSH? (don't post it here)

It's command line access to your server, do you only have FTP to it? Who is your server provider?
