it looked like wc3 version 2.3.1 was being used....as far as i know thats not out
interesting...am i blind?

Problem number one... I noticed a keygen, not legal, problem number two, I noticed CS is running, where is steam? Cracked I'm betting....
Problem number 3, READ the changelog..... (hint: last line)

problem number one - keygen for cs 1.3
problem number two - server and client cs non steam
problem number 3 - i delete line from file modules.ini
