Sqlite vs mysql

What is the difference between mysql and sqlite, I have not been around for a while and until today I didn't know about sqlite.
So which one is better?

Same with me, until I started messing with CS servers, I had no idea that SQLite existed, I only knew about MySQL and MSSQL

If you don't have access to a MySQL server, use SQLite, otherwise use MySQL
