question about double buying items

In version 3.0 final

Does the effect double if you buy the same item twice (one in slot 1 and the otheri n slot 2 e.g. 2 claws -> +12dam; 2 cloaks -> 100% more invisible than with just one cloak and so on)?
is the effect the same as if you just bought one?
or is it impssible to buy the same item twice?

the only items you can buy twice (or even more often) are - as i remember - neck and helm
all the other items you can buy only once

yep - kev is right - chargeable items you can buy multiple + u just get more charges
