Multiplier question

Is there any FAQ about setting up the multiplier

I need the value, with which ppl have to play about 2 month (2 hours a day) to get 10 lvl...
I really do not have any idea what value to set up...

start the setting to 2.0 then as each week passes increases the setting by .1 and no one will ever notice that the xp level has changed. my current setting now is at 3.5 and should be the maximum. set all the xp gains to 1 (e.g. bomb planted, kills, bomb defused)
