hi, WC3|FT install help

hi im new to forums and to mod+installation.
i am currently trying to figure out if i can get a mod on "New Multiplayer game" or Didicated server(the tool they give you in steam [not paid]). The game is CS:CZ [steam].
Any other info required?
p.s. oh and i would like the latest and greatest wc3|FT if possible.
p.p.s. and can i also get a step by step instruction?
ex: 1. extract
2. etc.
3. etc.
