scripting section

add a section to the forums that talks about scripting and adding to the mod or editing current ones...if your only going to make 1 more mod then stop it can be a place where new ideas and abilities can be posted and the scripts for them and people can add them in if they are good.

On the next version of war3 that will be released (not war3ft 2.x) there will be a scripting section
