Warcraft 3 MODs

Download this file and place it in the directory you created above.
which i couldnt download cuz the link is broken

Now run this file by typing:
hldsupdatetool
You should receive the response:
Checking bootstrapper version ...
Getting version X of Steam HLDS Update Tool
Downloading. . . . . . . . . . .

so i downloaded hldsupdatetool from http://steampowered.com/v/index.php?area=getsteamnow

and then putted it in the directory and typed hldsupdatetool,

but i dont get the response - Checking Bootstrapper version

please help.

this is about wc3ft ... not how to set up a server ....

never mind... u are using linux i assume ?

chmod it, then :

./hldsupdatetool.bin

from within the console
