Admin see all chat

Since i had no idea where to go with this small problem, idecide to ask for help here , altho it is a war3 mod forum...
When i was just an admin on a diffrent server i was able to see all chat of all players , including dead people or teamchat. But after i put up my own server i can't find anywhere an option to enable this...
Anyone have an idea?
