How do i install cs_cz_war3ft_v3.0rc7 ?

today i installed CS 1.6 v23 and i wanted to start my own dedicate server ...or atleast LAN server to play with friend...
i downloaded this mode but i didnt found information about instaling it step by step...the only think i did is unraring the file in CS directory...
then?

If you are talking about a Warcraft3 plugin, try posting in that area. If not, explain what the heck you are talking about

man i just started playing CS... i dont know what plugin is ...i only want a simple description about how to install the newest mode...
