War3 XP levels

Hello
I have this little problem.
I saw some post about changeing how much XP needed for specific level etc.
And there was read the readme.txt or warcraft.txt. Also there was suposed to be " ducumentation " somewhere here. But when i open i have somekind error and cant open documentation page.
Can someone upload me the .txt files so i can read how to change that i need 1k XP for lvl 2 or 2k XP for lvl 2.
Cause 1 of my friend just told me i have to script and compile something and i guess its quite long text.
So please upload me the .txt files or just guide me thourgh it. Id really apriciate it.
PS sorry for my grammatics if smth is wrong.
