Lol kinda stupid and hard to explain but..Any possibilities of plugging in wc3 mod on the server when i click "new game" on cs 1.6

no idea what you mean? like a listenserver? if so yes it's possible, follow the install guide

if you want lan put sv_lan 1 and for internet sv_lan 0
