other then wiping the user.ini (think that's the file)
can I reduce players XP. Either singularly or en mass? I know that changing the xp multiplier will change the lvl but I thought there might be something more elegant.
I looked in the user.ini (again from memory, might be wrong file quoted) and couldn't make heads or tails of the numbers associated to Steam IDs.
I know I'm a pain. Because of this mod our server is full again so I'm getting pounded from all sides to tailor it .
edit..Its VAULT.INI that I was looking in.
Take XP?

Don't alter vault.ini unless the server is completely shutdown. AMXX constantly overwrites this file and any changes you may will be removed and/or crash the server.
Use wc3_givexp
