Items staying after death on DOD.

I got everything working now but for some reason when people buy items they stay evne after death. Iw ant them to avhe to rebuy is it an option or do i have a glitch? (if you rea dmy other post i fixed all thoose problems)

Any remote date for 3.0 like a few months a year? Cuase if it gonna take too long i mgiht as well take a crack at fixing it >.< I probably make it worst but better than nothing.
