Compiling Error for 3.0

I downloaded the tarball from the CVS and got the following error during compile.
Should I be worried?

Compiling warcraft3FT.sma ...terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std
::bad_alloc'

Try it in windows? That's a weird error never seen it

I don't have a windows server set up.

You don't have access to any windows machine? You don't have to compile it on the server
