Amulet of the Cat isnt working :(

Hey guys i got a big problem.. If I buy the Amulet of the Cat, the others can hear my footsteps. I can hear them too so I think this item isnt working.
Im using :
AMXMODX v1.71, Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne v2.3.2, MetaMod v1.19

If you wanna check and try out pls do it, this is the server IP:

I hope that anyone here can help me to fix this problem.

My amulet works on my 2.3.2 server. You must have something configured differently

it could be that your client moves too fast
check your client configs (cl_movespeedkey or somewhat like that and set it to 0.53 or lower till your steps aren't hearable)

then it wouldnt work at other servers. it works for all servers just not for mine

please try and join my server to test it
