war3 do not save XP

Hi all so I have this problem the xp thoes not save but whay??
I'm using : Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne Update - Version 2.3.2
and here is mu War3FT.cfg file

look all my modules are working fine The xp is saving only on admins
Whay and 2.3.2 is beter than RC9 [for me]
Whay thoes it saves only for admins ?

Make it save to IP or SteamID. Don't do name as people can mess with others XP

unles I uppdate the server whith no name change or plugin when someone chang his name and he'l be kicked ;)

I still recomend IP or SteamID even then. Cause, the client can use this easily and mess with the xp still.

All console commands
disconnect
name "name of another user with lots of xp"
retry
//once in server
say /resetxp
