abt tactical shield

exuse me guys if it is dumbass question, im newbe here
war3ft 2.3.2
the problem is:
after the equpment reincarnation (ankh or orc skill) some times players getting tactical shield so they have both pri weapon and the shield
in that case player unable to buy ammo for primary weapon
and when player switching to the weapon the shield still continue working
so he become invincibil. (nightelf with shield in backpack - crazy mess

)
but not all the times, i m unable find any correlation so it seems happening randomly.

may this problem was discussed before? then sorry for that

There has to be a plugin conflicting w/it.. post your plugins.ini

i disabled atac, atac_cfg and admin_spec to be sure
same thing happening

we would be glad if you would be able to build a all in one installation archieve for 2.3.3 ver?
i was trying to copy and compile it from cvs but i was unable to do it.. some troubles with sqlx and few errs i was reported.. i used amx mod x 1.71 so it is some mess....

don't use CVS, it requires amxx 1.75
