Problems with users entering the game. **my last question!

I had my dedicated server up and running over night and absolutly no users went on. So i refreshed all the server list and my server didnt come up. So i put in the IP for fav servers and it was there and i joined. I told my friend to join and gave him the IP and he said the server wasnt responding. Why do you think its not working?

If you are giving people a 192.168 IP address, that is why. Go to http://whatismyip.com and give people that IP. Also, what location of the world do you live in?

I live in Florida and am running a regular DSL modem. I went to see all th servers and mine didnt show up.

I'm about to, although I really like the server listed under his name, for some reason I can't join it though!!
