Slay for bad teleport is severe step
On our server we replaced slay for bad teleport (including sky teleport) with behavior on teleporting to bad area, so human just teleports back and cooldown is about 3 secs. We thought slay is too hard. It occurs even when trying to teleport correctly in normal places. So i think this is good idea.

Slaying exists to prevent people from testing where the "bad" spots are... obviously I can't check every spot on every map - so this discourages people from discovering other spots
